Affiliates Terms

Welcome to the SoulFul Cape Town Affiliate Program! We’re thrilled to have you on board. These terms outline how the program works and what’s expected of you as an affiliate.

1. Joining the Program
# To join, simply complete our application with accurate details.
# You must be at least 18 years old.
# We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Your Role as an Affiliate
# Share SoulFul Cape Town with honesty and integrity.
# Avoid making false or misleading claims about our products.
# Never use spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal methods to promote.
# Always disclose your affiliate relationship in line with local regulations.

3. Links, Tracking & Commissions
# You’ll get a unique affiliate link to track your referrals.
# Earn a high commissions of 20% on completed, verified purchases made through your link.
# Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks may reduce or void commissions.
# We may adjust commission rates or payment terms with reasonable notice.

4. Payouts
# Commissions are paid quarterly.
# You must reach a minimum balance of R120 before a payout is issued

5. Using Our Brand
# You may use our approved logos, banners, and materials to promote.
# Don’t alter or misuse our branding or content.
# All rights to our brand, content, and intellectual property remain with The Thrive Protocol.

6. Ending the Relationship
# Either you or we can end the affiliate relationship at any time.
# When the relationship ends, remove all links and promotional materials.
# Commissions earned before termination will still be paid, minus any refunds or chargebacks.

7. Liability
# You are responsible for your own marketing activities and compliance with the law.
# We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from participation in the program.

8. Governing Law
# These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
# Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
